On September 4, IFA 2026 officially opened in Berlin, Germany. As one of the world’s three premier consumer electronics trade shows, this year’s IFA attracted over 1,900 exhibitors from 49 countries and regions, under the theme “The Future is Now.” LeiTech (ID: Leitech) deployed its dedicated “LeiTech IFA26 Reporting Team” to Berlin, delivering on-site, multidimensional, and first-hand coverage of IFA 2026.


This year at IFA, robots were undoubtedly the star category—but unlike previous years, when industry demonstrations emphasized functionality alone, practical value has now become the central focus for companies. A prime example is Hypertron-T01, a heavy-duty quadruped robot developed by Xuanji Dynamics, which won IFA 2026’s Innovation Award in the “Best in IFA Next & Emerging Technologies” category.

According to official information from Xuanji Dynamics, over 90% of the robot’s core components are self-developed. Hypertron-T01 features a proprietary axial-flux motor with a peak torque of 600 N·m and a torque density of 240 N·m/kg. Leveraging this motor, Hypertron-T01 achieves a maximum dynamic payload capacity of 80 kg and maintains agile mobility across complex terrains—including steep slopes, gravel, and slippery surfaces. Furthermore, to meet diverse operational requirements across scenarios, Xuanji Dynamics has built a complementary dual-model product portfolio.


Xuanji Dynamics focuses on three key sectors: power and energy, emergency response and firefighting, and smart campuses—offering both products and integrated solutions. In the power and energy sector, the Hypertron series has already achieved routine operation at top-tier domestic customers’ substations, successfully passing long-term, unmanned stability tests.


Only robots whose reliability has been rigorously validated can be scaled and replicated. Xuanji Dynamics’ proven real-world performance across these three critical domains forms the foundation of its confidence in delivering robust technical systems and localized solutions to global customers.

Recognizing that large-scale deployment of industrial-grade robots cannot be accomplished by any single company, Xuanji Dynamics has opened up key SDK interfaces—including motion control, sensor data, and device management—to collaborate with European system integrators, solution providers, and developers. This open approach enables rapid development of Europe-specific solutions, potentially shortening vertical-scenario solution development cycles from six months down to just a few months.


Over the past several years, robots have become increasingly familiar to the general public—and user expectations have shifted from mere “demonstrations” toward tangible, real-world deployment. The Hypertron-T01 robot and its scenario-specific solutions showcased by Xuanji Dynamics aim explicitly to highlight the product’s practical utility.

Xuanji Dynamics’ proprietary axial-flux motor delivers abundant power to Hypertron-T01, enabling it to maintain agile maneuverability even while carrying up to 80 kg. In real-world applications, Hypertron-T01 handles equipment transportation—reducing physical strain on human workers—and enhances safety in hazardous operations such as outdoor power line inspection and firefighting, where minimizing human load directly improves worker safety.


While Xuanji Dynamics does not emphasize personal-use applications, LeiTech has identified clear practical value for Hypertron-T01 in individual settings. For instance, amid the current surge in outdoor camping, Hypertron-T01 could autonomously tow hand carts to transport gear—making outdoor adventures more comfortable and enjoyable.


Robots represent a product class brimming with limitless potential. The glimpse of the future offered by Xuanji Dynamics’ Hypertron-T01 is already compelling enough to inspire anticipation.
