Hello everyone, this is Luo Chao.
Every year I bring the Leikeji team to cover IFA. If I could only look at one product here, my pick would be televisions.
Many breakthrough TV technologies — colour television, high‑definition live broadcasting, flat‑panel TVs, OLED TVs, RGB‑Mini‑LED — have made their debut or moved toward mass production at IFA.
In recent years, Chinese brands have become major power‑brokers in the global TV industry. This year’s IFA has virtually turned into a showcase for cutting‑edge innovations from Chinese TV manufacturers.
I’m now standing at the Hisense booth.
Here is the latest flagship built around Hisense’s RGB‑Mini‑LED technology: the 116‑inch Hisense UX 2026.
The RGB‑Mini‑LED technical pathway pioneered by Hisense in 2025 has now been followed by the whole industry. At CES earlier this year, Hisense unveiled its Linglong Four‑Chip True‑Colour Backlight, further consolidating its competitive edge in RGB technology.
This UX 2026 is the world‑first model equipped with the Linglong Four‑Chip True‑Colour Backlight.

Unlike conventional RGB‑Mini‑LED backlighting, the Linglong Four‑Chip True‑Colour Backlight adds an extra cyan‑emitting chip alongside the traditional red‑green‑blue tri‑colour chips, delivering the industry’s widest colour gamut coverage.
Whether you are watching movies or playing games, you get cleaner, more luminous visuals.
This TV also debuts native 4K 180 Hz high refresh rate and Dolby Vision Generation 2 worldwide. It combines high resolution, high refresh rate and high dynamic range all‑in‑one, delivering spectacular experiences for gaming and sports viewing.
Gaming has long been one of Hisense’s key focus areas.
I remember seeing Black Myth: Wukong at the Hisense booth during IFA 2024, and here it is once again at this year’s show. Moreover, the gaming zone at Hisense’s IFA booth this year hosts plenty of standout hardware.
This is the 32UX RGB‑Mini‑LED monitor. It supports 4K 180 Hz display and is fitted with automotive‑grade RGB chips, delivering ample screen brightness as well as extended service life.

Mounted on the wall is the 100‑inch U8, a model exclusively for overseas markets. Domestic consumers have even richer options. For instance, the E8S series, its home‑market flagship for film and gaming, delivers comparable top‑tier picture quality and serves as the ultimate companion for AAA‑game consoles.
This device is well worth checking out: it is the world’s first product featuring Field‑Sequence Display technology.
This is another piece of Hisense black‑box innovation. It removes the colour filters used in LCD TVs and generates colour images directly through liquid‑crystal pixels paired with RGB backlighting.
Utilisation of RGB backlight is greatly improved. The TV achieves higher brightness with lower power consumption.
I believe this technology holds great potential for new‑category devices such as mobile smart screens and portable TVs.
You may recall Hisense’s full‑scenario new‑product launch held in China this past May. Hisense is placing growing emphasis on comprehensive product development.
For IFA, Hisense has brought the Vidda G11 AI smart glasses together with Bluetooth earphones.

The product lineup may look diverse, yet Hisense is not aiming to become a general‑purpose hardware vendor. Across every product category, its philosophy is to leverage technical innovation to resolve real‑world user‑experience pain points and open new possibilities for the industry.
Take RGB‑Mini‑LED for example. At a time when some manufacturers believed “TV picture‑quality improvement has hit its ceiling”, Hisense turned this technology into an industry‑wide consensus within just one year. It delivered tangible picture‑quality upgrades alongside commercially available mass‑produced goods, making RGB‑Mini‑LED TVs a core upgrade choice for consumers shopping for next‑generation televisions.
Industry analysts forecast that global shipments of RGB‑Mini‑LED TVs will exceed 1.5 million units by 2030.
Hisense truly embodies the mindset of “seeing because you believe”.
